Start with lentils on a bed of brown rice. Top with fresh cucumber and tomato. Sprinkle on flax seeds and sunflower sprouts. Dust with a decent amount of curry powder. Drizzle on a good long squirt of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos and some olive oil (I used regular, not extra virgin). Mix it around a bit. Heaven.
